By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that your subscription may include recurring payment features and you accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations until you cancel. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Raw Data Library ("we", "us", "our") and any member or user.

These terms apply to your use of all Raw Data Library websites, applications, services and products (collectively, the "Services") that link to these terms. By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

For many years, many academics have had difficulty accessing the raw data they need. They dedicated years to their research and often required funding to pursue their ideas. Late nights, endless revisions, and countless cups of coffee. Raw Data Library exists to make underlying raw data discoverable and reusable.

Cookies & Software

Raw Data Library websites may use cookies to store and help track your information. Cookies are sent to your browser by our servers and stored on your device. You may manage cookies via your browser settings. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate any software in the content, or attempt to derive its source code, except as expressly permitted under applicable law or with our prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated programs (or equivalent manual process) to continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep-link, or index any content. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any network connected to the Services, nor breach or attempt to breach security or authentication measures.

Payments & Subscriptions

When you purchase raw data or subscriptions, you authorize us to charge you for such transactions. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayTR). Raw Data Library does not directly collect or store payment card numbers entered via our Services; however, we may receive associated information (for example, billing details).

Changes to Terms

Raw Data Library may change and improve these terms at any time. We will provide notice by email and/or in-product notifications. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

Content Rules & Misrepresentation

Members must not store, post, or share any pornographic, immoral, sexually inappropriate, or violence-glorifying materials, or racist rhetoric. It is forbidden to become a member on behalf of another author, to use their information, or to make sales and profit by presenting articles and/or data that do not belong to you as if they do.

Upload Review & Preview Images

Uploaded datasets may be reviewed by our technical team. If a dataset is an Excel file, for example, we may render samples and compare them with values referenced in the article. Because these are raw data, exact one‑to‑one numerical matches are not always expected. Preview images are intended to show prospective buyers what they will receive; misleading uploads intended to profit are subject to enforcement by the company.

Account Security

If you use a password to access a Service, you must keep it confidential and secure. You agree to immediately notify Raw Data Library if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other security breach. Likewise, notify us if your own uploads appear under someone else’s account.

Journal Rights & Copyright

Researchers are responsible for respecting journal rights. Journal rights are seriously protected by Raw Data Library. Unless a published article is open access, do not upload the full text. If your article has not been published anywhere (e.g., conference papers or your own studies), you may upload the full text along with the raw data.

If your article has been published and is not open access, you may upload only the raw data with the full journal information. Raw Data Library provides options for whether article PDFs should be public or private files. Researchers may also upload additional data mentioned but not presented in a related article, provided they have the right to share it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or its users. Some obligations (including payment, intellectual property, and security) survive termination.
