Abstract

Moderated t-test (limma R Package) was performed comparing resistant to parental: delta Beta-value (methylation), fold change (RNA-seq), adj.P-value for Bonferroni correction of the nominal p-value. Dots represents genes and triangles represent miRNAs. Red corresponds to higher values in resistant, and blue higher values in parental. The genes or miRNAs inversely correlated with methylation are highlighted in darker color: hypomethylated and overexpressed in dark red (neg-corr UP) and hypermethylated and repressed in dark blue (neg-corr DN).</p>
