Get Free AccessNear‐Infrared Aggregation‐Induced Emission Ferroptosis Molecule A near‐infrared (NIR) aggregation‐induced emission ferroptosis molecule (TBTP‐Au) is first designed by introducing Au(I) active center. The self‐assembled TBTP‐Au nanoparticles with targeted modification display superior NIR imaging performance to monitor the blood‐brain barrier penetration of nanoparticles. The controlled release of TBTP‐Au specifically activate the effective heme oxygenase‐1‐regulated ferroptosis to greatly prolong the survival of glioma‐bearing mice.
